Dinner
Luxurious breakfast

We would be delighted if you could join us for dinner at our “Table d’hôtes”. The menu we offer costs 23 euros p.p. and consists of three courses, regional wines included.
For those who enjoy AOP or AOC wines, we can offer “Côtes du Rhône” wines at reasonable prices.

Meals are essentially based on what is available in our kitchen, garden and/or what we can find locally, and if possible we try to buy from organic agriculture. Please let us know if you’re staying for dinner, preferably the night before.

The menus at the Mas de la Fontaine vary seasonally. They typically consist of:

    • the entree: eg. carpaccio, velouté, seasonal salad …
    • the main dish and vegetables: eg. roast with caramelised shallots, quail in sauce, stuffed Provencal, rabbit with olives, chicken with rosemary and garlic …

    • the dessert: garden fruit tart, an iced nougat, fruit salad with custard and raspberry coulis, a Vacherin…
      or
    • the cheese: classical pick and/or assortment of local goat cheese
    • coffee and sweets: coffee, tea or herbal tea, accompanied by sweets
    • the regional wines

If you suffer from any intolerance or allergy, or if you would prefer a vegetarian meal, please inform us in advance.

The luxurious breakfast

When the sun allows it, breakfast is served outdoors on the balcony (sometimes even in February!) In the summer, we serve breakfast in the courtyard, in the shade of the linden tree. In the winter or when it rains, breakfast is provided in the dining room.

We offer a full breakfast, including fresh bread and croissants, homemade jams, yogurt, eggs, cured meats and cheeses, muesli, a fruit salad or seasonal fruits and fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate or herbal teas.
